The new development 'Kop van Hilversum’ is a plot of land (about 31 acres and 5 centiares) with an optional building plan for the construction of 52 apartments, 300 sqm commercial space and 80 parking spaces located at a prominent location on the Van Linschotenlaan in Hilversum.
The municipality of Hilversum has granted an environmental permit and construction can begin shortly. It is up to the buyer to directly contract a contractor for the building plan. The estimated construction time is approximately 18 months.
