Servatius starts sales process for residential portfolio in Maastricht

Housing association Servatius has started the sales process for a residential portfolio in Maastricht and Eijsden. The portfolio includes 129 dwellings spread across 9 complexes.
Servatius has asked Capital Value to act as its advisor during the course of the sale of the portfolio. More information on the portfolio can be found here.
