Elan Wonen starts sale of 54 apartments at the Spaarne river in Haarlem

Elan Wonen has started with the sale of Aquaverde, a new development at the Spaarne river in Haarlem. The complex consists of 54 apartments with parking lots and is part of the development "Land in Zicht". The completion of the complex is expected mid November 2016. Capital Value advises Elan Wonen on the sale.
Interested parties can submit a bid until Tuesday 20 September 2016, 12:00 hrs. CET. More information on the portfolio can be found here.
